I've used them before, and they really do work, but only if you use them properly. It takes a few tries to put it on your nose in exactly the right place and to squeese the strip tight enough to cause the springing action.

i don't know what type of nasal strips but i once used a type and it worked. i put it on before i went to bed and i was perfect in the morning. if you ever touched 1 before they bend but not permenalty. they get back straight again. well thats how it works on ur nose. it 1st bends then it opens after you let go so it opens up ur nasal passage. i don't know if that made any sense but just try it. I found this link. click it

That's too bad. Do you guys share a bedroom also? If so, that's just too close. My b/f snores like an animal. I absolutely cannot take it so I moved my bed upstairs. He sleeps downstairs. It works out well. Might I suggest you talk to your doctor about taking something like Ambien? It works well for most people who can't sleep or sleep lightly. Maybe it will help you to sleep through the noise if there is no other way.

umh stick your finger in your nose and do you see how far you can stick it in there well just above that the area gets pretty small huh well when you use them right they pull open that small area just above where the limit of you finger could reach they are made out of a material that will not cause you discomfort and they open that small area up so more air can pass temporally relieving the problem till you take them off

They worked very well for my husband...except.... he was allergic to the adhesive in them and had a row of painful blisters across the bridge of his nose... They went away as soon as he stopped using them...and his snoring came back too.

I did and they didn't work at all. But after a trip to my doctor, I discovered I had polyps which is why they didn't work. I would say that if you feel that you do not have serious sinus problems, try them

I HAVE USED THEM AND THEY WORK GREAT. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CLEAN THE TOP OF YOUR NOSE VERY WELL SO THAT THEY WILL STICK WELL.
ONE FUNNY THING IS THAT I WEAR GLASSES SO I KEPT DREAMING THAT MY GLASSES WERE ON AND KEPT TRYING TO PUSH THEM UP HIGHER ON MY NOSE.
