Food That Gives You Gas

There is usually quite a bit of roughage in chinese food. Celery, secret spices and juices. This can all cause extra gas. The only way to avoid this is to take a pinch of salt and throw it back, over your right shoulder for luck. Good Luck ! :)

Because you're eating Americanized Chinese food and not the real thing: Authentic Chinese food doesn't do this, and besides, Chinese people don't have anuses.

Most likely it's the vegetables that cause the gas action after you eat chinese foods. Also, if you don't eat it regularly, your body just isn't used to processing it.

You may have an allergy/intorlerance to MSG, a common flavor enhancer in Chinese Cuisine. Many people are sensitive to MSG. It often causes headache, nausea, flushing, abdominal pain, asthma, and gastro-intestinal problems (ie gas).

if all chinese food gives you gas, it must be a common ingredient that they use in most of their foods. For example the oil they use, or a spice or the msg.

You can use Beano, its a chewable tab.
Chinc food is made with a lot of oil, thus giving you gas. If you want an alternative, try eating Japanese food.
