Relax, they are probably just cysts. Tell her to go to the gyno and get them checked out.

The classic symptom of vaginal pimples is a cluster small fluid-filled blisters that break, forming painful sores that crust and heal over the course of several days. But some people get only a rash or small bumps on the skin that appear to be pimples. Some have painful urination and some women have fluid discharge from the vagina.
Sores may appear four to seven days after a person is first infected. There also may be flu-like symptoms, including fever and swollen lymph glands in the groin, following the initial infection.
Symptoms come and go with varying frequency and duration. One person may have an outbreak once a year, while another may have one every few weeks. Before a flare-up, there is often an itching, tingling, or burning sensation in the affected area, and sharp pains in the pelvis or down the leg. Herpes sores are usually worst the first time they appear. In later outbreaks the sores tend to be less painful and last for a shorter period of time.
The symptoms of vaginal pimples (genital herpes) can affect any of the following places on the body:
* Penis
* Scrotum
* Vulva
* Vagina
* Anus
* Urethra
* Thighs
* Buttocks
However, many people with genital herpes never have symptoms, or they mistake them for another malady, such as:
* A vaginal yeast infection
* Jock itch
* Insect bites
* Hemorrhoids
* An ingrown hair
If you think you may have genital herpes, visit your doctor or a clinic to get tested

Herpes simplex viruses (human herpesviruses 1 and 2) commonly cause recurrent infection affecting the skin, mouth, lips, eyes, and genitals. Common severe infections include encephalitis, meningitis, neonatal herpes, and, in immunocompromised patients, disseminated infection. Mucocutaneous infections cause clusters of small painful vesicles on an erythematous base. Diagnosis is clinical; laboratory confirmation by culture, PCR, direct immunofluorescence, or serology can be performed. Treatment is symptomatic; antiviral therapy with acyclovir, valacyclovir, or famciclovir is helpful for severe infections and, if begun early, in recurrent or primary infections.
Please see the web pages for more details and on Genital Herpes. Consult Genito-urinary medicine (GUM) clinic.

It could be just an infected hair. sometimes tight clothing can cause this. have her put some warm compresses on it to sooth the pain. Make an appointment with her gyno to ensure that it is nothing more serious.
Dont accuse her either... Strange things happen like this everyday.

It can come from the pubic hairs being pulled at, it can be from the oiliness of her vaginal area, or from the sweat there. There are many things that can cause this, and it is very common. She just needs to wash it with soap and make sure she rinses it well, and keeps it dry. They will go away.

STD! vaginal warts and highly contagious! can and does cause cervical cancer in a lot of women if left untreated.
Who was unfaithful? you or her? she's crying, why? get a mirror and check your penis for any small 'spongy' like lesions.
Has she shaved her 'madam' and it's irritated? razor bumps?

Women and men can get genital acne. It is common and can be treated. If it is extremely painful take her to the doctor - they can give her a cream or an antibiotic to clear up the infection. (the pimple will burst by itself while its getting the treatment).

It is usually nothing to worry about. Go to a doctor and they will tell you what it is. Don't go crazy over something that may be nothing. Don't allow others to tell you bad things that they assume because they don't know.
