You can give a child tylenol and cough medicine, best take precautions and give it to them half hour to hour apart, although it is always best to check with your Dr first.

Never mix medicines. They are made differently and something bad can happen if they are mixed and given. They use different formulas and chemicals. Never mix medicines. Talk to a doctor before doing anything!
