My 3 year old daughter has the latest upper respitory tract infection from which she has a fever, cough and sore throat. I don't have any children's cold medicine and can't run out to get any. I do however have children's tylenol and and cough medicine. Can I mix the two without jeprodizing any harm to her?

You can give a child tylenol and cough medicine, best take precautions and give it to them half hour to hour apart, although it is always best to check with your Dr first.

Never mix medicines. They are made differently and something bad can happen if they are mixed and given. They use different formulas and chemicals. Never mix medicines. Talk to a doctor before doing anything!

yes a regular dose of childrens tylenol---with a dose of cough medicine-use right amount for your child-(back of bottle) is fine--

I have a four year old with a cold. i have family in the medical field, yes you can give both, give it to her an hour apart
