REVISED ANSWER.
I just looked at hte rest of your questions.
First, let your sister, with whom you have a lesbian relationship, know of your illness.
Second, full blown AIDS will help you lose that 20 pounds you asked about SIXTEEN FRICKING HOURS AGO.
Sadly, this will hamper your effort to ENTER HARVARD, but shouldn't hurt your chance at getting into MENSA.
Go away. Go bother other people. I'm flaggin every question and answer you've put on here.

Currently the life expectancy is well beyond 30 years, even estimated to be as much as 50+ years by some.
It is important to start the medicines as soon as you can, that is what keeps the viral load down and CD4 cell count up, which keeps you from getting "sick".
After working in the HIV clinic for a few weeks, I realized that non-compliance is the issue, medicines make the difference. In the compliant patients (who were in their 50's and 60s) the issues were heart attacks, smoking, diabetes, cosmetics, etc. HIV was not their primary concern, not was it ours....it was managed.
Don't lose hope....you can have a long and rich life. Learn serenity.

There are a number of programs that help people with the cost of HIV/AIDS medications. You need to contact your local resources, you can probably find an AIDS center in your phonebook...of if you want to divulge a zipcode we can help you find one.
I don't have solid statistics in front of me, but as far as I know, if you are currently symptom-free and follow treatment strictly...you could live essentially your natural lifespan. (Treatments are constantly changing and we can't ever be certain that the latest ones won't have long-term effects.)
ADDENDUM: After reading the above, I've looked at your other questions too. There does seem to be a disturbing pattern. Either you have the most interesting life of anyone I know, or you're just asking questions for sport. Finding out you have HIV is hardly fodder for good comedy. (On the other hand, I'm single, if you'd rather move to Texas than Florida.)

If you have AIDS you need medical help. There is no telling how long you will live your final days on earth. If you can't afford medicine ask friends or family members who would generously take care of your financial difficulties.

You can go to your local dept. of health to get free medicine and health care. Life goes on, it is unfortunate but it happens. Take your medications as prescribe and try to stay healthy by eating right and working out, you will be really surprise how long you will live. Pray to god and ask for his guidance and strength, prayer really works!

You may not be able to afford them, but chances are you CAN get them.
Talk to your doctor or local clinic. The major US drug companies have good programs to get medicines to people in your fix.
Try www.needymeds.com.
There's no way to say "X" years. Good medical care. Good nuttrition. Good drug regimen. With these, many people are dieing WITH AIDS, not OF AIDS. Big difference.
Good luck.

You can go through the health dept and the government will provide the meds you need. You can expect to live up to 20 more years if you take care of yourself, live a healthy lifestyle, take your meds, eat healthy and exercise.
