Hmmm... looks to me like Pancit Palabok or Pancit Luglug (essentially the same dish, the difference being primarily in the composition of the sauce used).

Both types use a round rice noodle smothered with a thick, golden shrimp sauce or other flavored sauce, and topped with:
Shrimp, Crushed or ground pork rind, Hard-boiled egg and
freshly minced green onion.

I also see my lil friend Letchon Baboy sitting there !!

YUMMY !!

I'm not sure. It's hard to tell because the picture is a little blurry. It might be some kind of noodle (pancit) because of the tiny limes (calamansi) on the side. And for future reference, it's spelled "Filipino." Don't worry, most people butcher the word, so you were really close!

This dish is called pancit bihon (pan-seat bee-hon). It is cooked with thin semi-clear rice noodles. It can have sauteed meat such as pork, chicken or shrimp. Vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, snowpeas and celery can also be added.

It could be many things! It looks to be a rice dish piled on top of some 'long beans', so might be Sinigang na Sugpo, or Caldereta, or any one of a dozen other dishes!
