This is inadequate data to presume any diagnosis.

What is the chronology?
What are the characteristics of the loose stools and headache?
Are there fever, chills, rigors, or abdominal, chest or facial pain?
Are there risk factors for any of these symptoms?
Exposures?
Concomitant medications?
Known allergies?
Past history of similar symptoms?

What are the physical findings?
Vital signs?
Head and neck exam?
Chest auscultation and percussion?
Abdominal auscultation and palpation?
Rectal exam?
Stool guaiac?

Any lab tests?
Complete blood count?
Electrolytes?
Bacterial cultures?
Sputum stain?
Viral titers?
Chest xray?

Without an adequate knowledge base, a poke at a diagnosis is rank guesswork, and possibly dangerous.

If you are the one with the health concerns, see a doctor!
