Does HPV virus ever go away or do you always have it once its been diagnosed?

Yes, 100% it will go away at some point. Some people do it on their own, some need treatment, some need more treatment than others.

Yes sometimes the virus does clear up on it's own. There many different strains of the virus. The ones that cause warts usually do not cause cervical cancer.
