Try this; Would you PLEASE leave. I that doesn't do the trick try 'Musinex' at the pharmacy.

If clearing your throat doesn't do it, gargle with salt water. Since it starts at your nose, you can also use a nettie pot and clean those sinuses, It will keep you from becoming infected and needing antibiotics.

drink loads of water....this might be a medical problem what i have...its a silent reflux prob...just sleep at an incline its caused by acids coming back up into your throat...and dont eat and lay down ...wait for about an hour....also...try not eating acidy foods....or like spicey....hope this works for yaxxx

Did you know that someone told me chocolate got the phlegm out, and i did it and it worked. I have this problem a lot, am seeking medical help, they say allergies, who knows. Try a Hershey's bar and see.

Lay on your back, and have a friend put their hand right below/next to one of your shoulder blades, and hit it really hard. It sounds painful, but its not and it works really really well.

i know someone who chugged a whole ottle of tabasco sauce and then threw up to get the phlegm out.

Eat soup with lots of pepper or Tabasco sauce. It will break it up so you can cough it up.
