To my knowledge, there is no problem with abnormally low triglyceride levels. I couldn't find any in a web search, and I've never heard of any problems with a super low level of triglyerides. Such a condition would, I suppose, be called hypotriglyceridemia, and there seems to be almost no info about it. On the other hand, hypocholesterolemia, that is, super low chol., can be seen as a problem, but it seems that in most cases where someone with health problems has hypocholesterolemia, it is the health problems that cause the hypocholesterolemia rather than the hypocholesterolemia that causes the health problems. In other words, abnormally low cholesterol would be the effect, rather than the cause, of health problems. (On the other hand, high cholesterol can itself cause health problems.) Certain health conditions could cause abnomally low chol., but if you have abnormally low chol. but are otherwise quite healthy, it's probably not a cause for concern. It's something you might want to ask a doctor about, however.
BTW, if you eat lots of eggs and wonder why your cholesterol remains low, most studies have shown that eggs don't really raise cholesterol much. Ironically, it's saturated fat, not dietary cholesterol, that raises one's blood cholesterol. And trans fat raises cholesterol just as saturated fat does, but it's even worse because saturated fat raises good cholesterol (HDL) whereas trans fat lowers good cholesterol.

No. Im working in cardiac department for years and i have never come across any patients who can have very low triglyceride and cholesterol. Low is good, but very low is never happen. Even if its happen, it is fine. Bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglyecerides bring you risk of heart disease and stroke so its good f you have low level on it.
Low HDL ( good cholesterol) are not good. This cholesterol help to remove the bad cholesterol (LDL). The only way to bring up HDL is by EXERCISE.
i hope this information help
