The information I found states as follows:
Warfarin: A definitive drug-drug interaction study between tamsulosin and warfarin was not conducted. Results from limited in vitro and in vivo studies are inconclusive. Therefore, caution should be exercised with concomitant administration of warfarin and tamsulosin capsules.

Listed below is the site. I don't know if that helps.

Huh, interesting question, I actually don't know, and the references I use are not giving me the most useful answers. They indicate there is an interaction, but don't specify whether it would lead to increased or decreased INR (whether they're going to make the blood more or less "thin"). Usually that means that there is no predictable effect, that both have been noted in different patients.
Well, what I can say is that it's probably worthwhile to go to your doctor for an INR check more frequently than usual for a bit to see exactly what, if anything, it does to the effect of coumadin.
Sorry, I'd like to be more helpful, but that's all the information I can find.

It thins the blood. If you have ingested them go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Warifin and tamsulsin are deadly.
