I have several people say it's too low. thought i would throw it out here and see what the general opinion was before i spend money going to the doctor about it.

Yes that sounds good. What they are concern with is that 2nd number as long as it stay's low that's good. Pulse goes any where from 65-95 beats per minutes so that area is normal.I think you are just fine

I suffer with low blood pressure also, generally you have nothing to worry about as long as you feel fine, if you start to suffer from dizzy spells or blackouts then you should go and see your G.P
Remember everyone is different, we all wont have the normal adult range of 120/80
I'm an Auxilliary Nurse at a hospital and I am constantly checking patients blood pressures, I've seen much lower blood pressure than yours and these patients have been fine.
My blood pressure is actually lower than yours , sometimes I'm 90/60!!

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

your systolic (114) is beautiful however your diastolic (89) is alittle on the high side. Your pulse is tachycardiac (fast) at 102. Normal heart rates at rest is 61 to 99. Ideal normal 70-80. If you are using a machine at walmart or the drugstore to get you b/p don't get freaked out by what I am saying. The machines are sometimes inaccurate due to they are not calibrated often enough. However seeing a doctor for an underlying condition wouldn't hurt you.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.
The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

I'm no expert on blood pressure, but it seems a tad low...
As for the pulse rate, is this a standing or resting rate?
If it's standing, then it's probably fine, but if it's resting it seems high. Resting should be about 60-80, depending on fitness.

Sounds pretty normal to me. Is there some reason you're asking? Something specific you're worried about?
