Absolutely not! Because of anti-discrimination laws, public health concerns, and increased, strict privacy laws, an HIV/AIDS antibody test requires a signed informed consent (and request) from the patient. This is even tru for the new tests which can be done at home and mailed in--you cannot get results without the signed consent and various other paperwork accompanying the test. Along with the procedure testing, it is federal law that along with the testing process, options must be given for anonymity (if state law permits), and mandatory follow up counseling MUST be addressed and provided; the consent addresses this even if the test result is negative. Laws differ from state to state regarding positive results; I do not know what state you are in, but you may wish to research this before getting tested, as some states are mandated to report all positive results to the state board of health with different varying identifiers and your previous anonymity may be compromised. The only situation that I can think of where a patient is not required to give consent for testing is in a potential criminal case where the test must then be court ordered, such as in the case of a rape suspect.

No, not at all. In fact, HIV tests are very highly regulated in terms of what must be done to give them and who the results can go to, so if you want one, you have to ask specifically.
Generic "bloodwork" usually consists of a SMA-7, which measures levels of Sodium, Potassium, Bicarbonate, Chloride, BUN, Creatinine, and Glucose in the blood, a panel of liver enzymes, and a complete blood count, not much else. Sometimes doctors throw in thyroid tests too, but anything else would depend on the patient and what needs watching.

Probably not. Blood tests can check for many things. Make sure your doctor includes any concerns you have on the lab order.

Nobody can do an HIV test without your consent. If you have any concerns though get one done. Better to be safe than sorry. Why are you worried about this????

No,but you can request one. They are free. They even have them now where they take a saliva sample, for saliva can be tested for HIV/AIDS and get an accurate answer, but you can't contract HIV from saliva,so it is safer for the tester.
