Carne Asada, I live close to the border so this dish is famous here. It was actually invented here. Imperial Valley, CA.
Especially with homemade flour tortillas, rice, and beans with salsa and guacamole on the side. Im getting hungry just thinking about it

Here in my neck of the woods in New York City, it's either the pizza, Nathan's Original Hot Dogs, the Italian food, or the Chinese food. Oh and can't forget the bodegas with their burritos.

I'm from San Francisco... We have a bunch of different parts of town that are famous for different stuff. But to the rest of the world we are famous for Sour Dough Bread. MMM its soo good too :)

Cheese Coneys and Three Ways! This is Cincinnati OHIO...a three way is a bed of spaghetti, topped with chili, topped with grated cheese...add onions and it is a 4 way onion or beans, it is a 4 way bean...add both, it is a 5 way....6 ways have Jalapeno peppers.

And we eat all this stuff in places called "parlors"...ie Chili Parlors!

Cheese coneys are a hotdog on a bun with chili and cheese, mustard and onions if you like.

Cincinnati is the Chili Capitol of the World!
