cosmopolitans
top shelf margaritas
kamikazes

you mix up top shelf variations of these and you cant go wrong. mix them up in big batches with fresh garnishes and just watch the crowd as they slip into their liquid pleasures. make sure you have a camer and take before/during/after pictures. I did these for Halloween and even the usually sit in the corner quietly ghouls were up and dancing and kissing people they didn't even know!!!!

I like having an assortment of martinis and this champagne punch

Emeril's Champagne Punch
1 1/3 cups fresh lemon juice
1 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1/2 cup cognac
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 bottles chilled dry Champagne or sparkling wine
Orange or lemon slices
Fresh strawberries, optional

I found that if you can substitute Minute Maid Cherry Limeade for the fresh juice/sugar and it's just as yummy

You should serve champagne cocktails for New Year's Eve, such as a Bellini which is basically peach juice and champagne. Champagne with mango juice or pomegranate juice is also good and these juices are easy to find at any supermarket.

Have a theme, serve one drink, like apple martinis or margaritas. Have sodas and juices for those who don't like alcohol.
