So frustrating!!?

Every time I try to put a condom on, I always seem to put it on inside out. I've noticed on the base/rim of the condom, there's almost a jagged/raised side, and a not jagged/raised side. Any tips at how to work out instantly which way up it should go?

PLEASE HELP! & Sensible answers only!

before you start, Look to see which side in the rim would roll down on the outside. Thats how I do it or did it (married now)

You grab the tip of it, and roll it down on your shaft. c'mon now, if you can't put a condom on you should probably not be having sex.
