What was your blood sugar or glucose level? You didn't say. It should be lower than 100. Your total blood cholesterol is still in the desirable range, i.e., less than 200 mg/dl. Your HDL is on the low side and undesirable. In the average man, HDL cholesterol levels range from 40 to 50 mg/dl. Low HDL puts you at high risk for heart disease. Smoking, being overweight and being sedentary can all result in a lower HDL cholesterol. Your triglyceride level is very high. Normal is less than 150 mg/dl. Many people with high triglycerides have underlying diseases or genetic disorders. If this is true for you, the main therapy is to change your lifestyle and be put on medication. In the meantime, you should make a real effort to control your weight, eat food low in saturated fat and cholesterol, exercise regularly, don't smoke, and drink less alcohol. You may also benefit from limiting your carbohydrates to no more than 45-50 percent of your total daily calorie intake. Use products with mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats.

Why, when you had your blood glucose tested, did you have cholesterol results?
Well, your total cholesterol is pretty good, although years of study have shown that it's best to get it under 150. Twenty years of study of rural Chinese showed that they had lower rates of death from all degenerative diseases, not just heart disease and cancers, because they have cholesterol levels from 90-150. That is, their highs are our lows. We can do better, it would seem.
Your HDLs are low. Exercise raises them. Cardio exercise like brisk walking or running are the best ones. What are you eating, anyway?
You can't mean what you say about your triglycerides. Please tell me that that's a typo. If you mean what you say, you already have heart disease and you are headed for a sick pancreas. Triglycerides are terrible. Get them down as soon as you can.
How to do that?
Exercise. Exercise not only raises HDLs but it lowers triglycerides, too.
Fish oil. Fish oil, because of its EPA and DHA (they are really long names. You don't care to know them, do you?), lowers triglyceride levels, especially when combined with garlic.
Cut out sugar. Sugar raises triglyceride levels.
Cut out alcohol. Alcohol has alcohol sugars in it which raise triglycerides.
Lose weight. How much do you weigh? If you are at all carrying more weight than you should, and if you are under 60, then you should decide today to lose weight. That will lower your triglycerides.
Now, the reason that I think your triglyceride numbers are a typo is that you didn't say that your doctor put you on a triglyceride-lowering drug regimen. That is standard practice for a triglyceride count of over 500. Anything above that can cause pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas, which, if you ever have it you will beg your doctor for a triglyceride-lowering drug like gemfibrozil.
Good luck.

Your Triglycerides are about five times higher than normal. In my experience no amount of changing life habits is very effective at reducing such a high number. Therefore you should be treated with a medication that is specific to reducing high triglycerides. Hypertriglyceridemia is an independent risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Your total cholesterol is not high, depending on your other risk factors for heart disease; but your HDL (good) cholesterol is a little on the low side. You should shoot for HDL to be 40 or greater. The LDL (bad) cholesterol could not be calculated because the triglycerides are too high to do it.
Good luck.

The world has lost a true and rare star in the form of Michael Jackson. Never has there been such an amazing talent as him. His talent and fan base has been compared to that of The Beatles and Elvis, but i think its fair to say that he is a legend much bigger than any other band or artist. His songs were truly influential to the music world and set a standard so high that nothing since has really compared. There has been no other artist who has achieved such dizzy heights as Jackson. For me, Michael Jackson inspired me with his dancing skill and his songs. There isn't a song of his that i don't love. I know most of the words to his songs, and could watch his dancing for hours on end. Now i wasn't some super fan, but i believe he was a true idol and i don't think the world will see such a talent ever again. I feel he was misunderstood and his quirky (and sometimes a little off the wall) ways were taken completely the wrong way by the world. It saddens me that the world is such a judgemental and harsh place, and i wish he could have seen how many loyal and loving fans he had. RIP Michael Jackson.

Trigly is high - way too high. HDL is low. You can kill two birds in one by exercise, eat right and lose weight. That will bring the trigly low and hdl higher. It will reduce your LDL too. Do not smoke. Give up that habit.
With those numbers, are you sure you do not have heart trouble already? If you didn't you are lucky or there is an error in those numbers.
If you do, now you know why and what to do about it.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
