Take your medicine, don't mess around with anyone, and wash your underwear.

Chlamydia is a disease where it can only exsist in your body like sperm. I could see if you had crabs those can exsist outside of your body so then you would most definitly need to get new under wear but not what you had. But if you feel more comfort in buying new underwear do so.

Wash your drawers in hot water. It's a bacteria, and just like all bacterias, chlamydia is heat-sensitive. Hot water followed by a hot drier will get rid of it.

DDo it on a hot wash, remember it is a living organsim one which is sensitive to temperature change.

You will be fine

You get clamydia from sex not underwear. Don't worry.
