Some stuff I have eaten: raw oysters, sushi, snail, mountain oysters, tongue, doughnuts (plain, no sugar) with ketchup, banana split ice cream with lays tater chips, machitos, tripitas, menudo. Not all at the same time, mind you. :)

MARRY ME!!! Loved haggis, have had gator, emu, have eaten roasted grasshoppers in survival training, had cold smoked octopus out of a can, and pork brains scrambled up with eggs used to be a favorite, but you can't buy 'em now 'cause of the spongiform encephalitis scare a while back. BTW, I'm up to over 40 species so far.

I really enjoy snails prepared in shell the french way (with garlic and herbs). The spanish style of cooking snails is not too bad but a little too salty for me. Lobster ice cream isn't too bad either.

I went to a really great Dim Sum restaurant with my friend Chong and had chicken feet with Black Bean sauce, they looked so gross and freaky with their little curled up toes but I had promised him that I would be open and tried them. THEY WERE THE BOMB!!! The sauce was Delicious and the feet were not bad at all. the meat between the toes was tender and very tasty, it was a bit odd though.

I had sauteed cow testicles, sliced thin, breaded, and fried, with a tomato dipping sauce. They were quite tasty! Sheep's head soup was better than I expected, although I am glad they gave me a piece of brain and jawbone and NOT the eye- I am not sure I could have eaten that...

While I was in Haiti, I tried this meat that they called Lambie. It is a snail-like shellfish that is cut into strips and grilled. It was served with a sour/spicy condiment and fried banana. I didn't think that I would like it, but it was really good.

Blood sausage and blood, bacon & meat squares in Germany. I was creeped out, but it was so good with sauerkraut. I also like escargot (snails) , liver knoedel soup and grilled eel in garlic sauceam.
I am sorry if I offended any vegetarians, I guess I just like meaty gross food.
