That does not sounds like a STD, but more like cancer. That is what you look for when you do a self test. You need to see a doctor to be sure.

probably just a benign cyst, men get them all of the time, but see a doctor just to be sure. and hey people Yahoo answers is a question and answer forum you wouldn't want people to say your health question was gross, just answer if you know the answer, if you don't know, don't answer--ISN'T THAT SO EASY?
