That's really sad what you gone through, i know it's easy to say but try not to worry if he had HIV then the odds are if you caught an std off him you would have caught HIV as well if he had it, but the doctors would have had an incline from your first 2 tests, so i would think your fine, take care, hope everything works out

These days HIV tests are very accurate and are considered reliable from 23 days post exposure (which is probably why your doctor suggested a test at day 24). While no test is 100 per cent, you're about as close to certain as it's possible to be. Follow your doctor's advice about any further testing, but if HIV hasn't shown up by now it's very, very, unlikely to.

He might have it, or he might not. The important thing is that you're about as certain as it's possible to be that you don't have it.

Sadly, the odds are fairly good that having other STD's he could indeed have HIV. But, having not treated the other STD's and still being strong enough to commit sexual assault, he may not have it.
Worrying about it will do you no earthly good, you have had some clear tests, focus on those. Then just wait and see how testing further out comes along. Good luck to you.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you are getting counseling.

HIV won't show up (if you have it) for 4-6 months after contact. It takes that long for there to be a detectable viral load in your blood. There is a good chance that if you got the other STDs from this, that he also is HIV+.

Sorry.
