Dear Doctor i have developed reddened patches on the under surface of my penis skin which looks angry, no itching , no foul smell and but feels heavy most of the time in the organ. feels like as if something is or will come out . often unwanted erections at day and night time . i have tried to apply cream called candimale on it but not much relief. what should i do

You need to see a real doctor. It could be anything from an allergy to an STD. Go to the doctor to be sure, and play safe.

get get too see a urologist- we sense, that something here is dieassed it self in the walls of the organ-- you need to see a qualified urologist in a huryy here hons, dont hesitate on this-- and for now keep, your hands off the, thing and appply your cream on itt and-- wear klean cotton briefs hons-- you need help fast. could be herpies hons---

should get that checked out better go to the dr next week, and if your dads around might want to ask him about it or if hes not around ask your mom and make sure it isn't something you need to go in for right away

go to a DR. and have it checked out. it very well may be a STD(herpies). or look up symptoms here.http://www.webmd.com/ maybe you'll find something there to help you.
