I need to find some classical french chicken dishes that have a chicken veloute over them. can anybody help?

Chicken Veloute Sauce
2 C. Chicken Stock
a little cream
1 Bay Leaf
Salt & White Pepper
1 tsp corn flour
whisk over slow fire until it thickens.
now, you can pour it over chicken pieces and boiled vegetables or chicken fillets etc...
