I went to a STD clinic to have them check some bumps and both the nurses there checked me out and said i have nothing to worry about. so should i stop trippin?

difinatly stop trippin they use the same tests as doctors do but if you are still not 100% go to your doctor... it could be something other than an std that needs checked anyways and a std clinic is not the place for that fix
