Look under restaurant supply in the phone book, they usually have everything you need, and then some. You might also be able to use Sterno, which is self contained in a can. Make sure you check for clearance height under the fondue.

Sterno can be purchased in the camping isle at most major food stores as well as all hardware stores it helps to ask for the specific brand Sterno so you get the cooking grade and not the fireplace stuff.
