If the persons viral load is high then so are the chances of you getting HIV. Now, If the persons viral load is low or undetectable there is less of a chance. I do NOT recommend taking the chance. It's a gamble also make sure this person is telling the truth Anyone can say there undetectable that don't mean it's true. If you want my advice,USE PROTECTION PLEASE

I cannot beleive the level of Ignorance on these HIV question sites... Do any of you read anything besides that crap that is on the supermarket shelves?
Your chances of getting HIV if you have unprotected sex with an INFECTED PERSON ...is about 1 in 1000 each time you do it. That does not mean that if you do it 1000 times it will give you the infection...it means that the odds are 1 in 1000 each time...
If you wash after sex... And you make sure the person does not have an open lesion with another STD...The chances are probably negligable.
In the 25 years that this disease has been around, I have never met One person that is straight that got it...AND I Never met anyone even that ever knew anyone that ever got it. ONLY GAYS...AND IV DRUG USERS.... It's all sensationalism folks..Don't waste your youths worrying about something you haven''t even the capacity or ability to investigate... Go get it on...or you WILL.....YOU WILL.....regret the loss of your only ... RITE OF SPRING..

you're very immature and naive. you're searching for some kinda absolute that would not exist and in that, you're actually not certainly residing a existence. there is this element pronounced as beginning administration. it works, countless the time while used wisely. interior the progressed international, HIV isn't that consumer-friendly, and the prospect might nicely be decreased by utilising being selective with whom you have unprotected intercourse with. there is often going to be a threat isn't there nonetheless? you should be in a automobile twist of destiny, require a blood transfusion and alter into contaminated that way- the prospect of that taking place is extremely uncommon btw, yet how far are you going to take this? do notcontinual? Hell extra suitable no longer circulate outdoors...of direction there are thousands of damaging aspects interior the abode too.. i assume what i'm saying is you should understand threat. it extremely is not approximately removing threat; it extremely is approximately reducing it. It seems such as you have some subjects with intercourse that must be addressed too.

You're asking a very very difficult question. If you become HIV positive, then the answer is 100% for you. Be safe.
Get tested now and in 3 and 6 months. You know you're not only dealing with HIV, you're also at risk of contractiing Hepatitis, Syphilis and herpes.

Why would you even want to know that? Even if a person doesn't have HIV you should still have protected sex becuase there are many other STD's that a person can have that doesn't have any visable symptoms. So if I were you I would re-think that question.

its a lot easier for a woman to get hiv from a man, than a man to get hiv from a woman. its also easier to contract hiv through anal sex and almost impossible through oral sex.

I would say that it is LIKELY you WILL get it. There have been some cases where a person doesn't pick it up but I think that is the least likely.
Why, oh why, do people keep having un-protected sex??????
Especially with strangers!!!
Good luck. Pops

ok ive looked at your questions and it seems you have asked this question over and over and over
so now it seems your b/f was exposed 7 months ago and he tested negative?
refer to my other replies, I've provided you with some good information as have a lot of other people
people with HIV can live fuller lives now thanks to modern medicine
and I DOUBT you have it anyway
you're going to put yourself at more risk of developing stress-related disorders by worrying about this at this level, than you are of contracting HIV
please please for the sake of your health, physical and mental well-being....go and seek the advice of a professional who can help you
