August 31 I had PROTECTED sex and In Mid September or alittle before i started to get this umcomfortness/burning in my penis and my pelvic was really sore. I went to the doctor and he told me to do a urine test to check for Chlymidia and Gonnrhea the test came back negative. Then in October my throat,under my jaw, and my underamrs were sore so i went to the doctor again and he chekced my lymphs to see if they were swollen they were not and he checked my throat said they were kinda red. And now its November and my underarms are kinda sore but barely can feel it unless i think about it. My tongue had this white coating on it and had these two bumps on it it irritated me but it went away. And now it seems like my throat is trying to get sore again cause it's dry right now and it seems like im getting alittle cough but i dont know. Is this H.I.V or something unrelated. Most of the Symtoms went away. Doc also did a CBC test and Total Metabolic Test and it came back fine.

Symtoms Didnt Happen At The Same time like some happened one month and some the other month.
Today i got a headache with this cough and when i cough it hurts my throat.
dirrhea last week but i thingk that was because i had ate so much. And when i would have to poo my stomach would start hurting and cramping and sometimes it comes out as dirrhea but a mojority of the time it comes out as a solid and somtimes when my stomach hurts and i try to poo nothing comes out.
Throat and Tonsils Were Kinda Red
Lips Dry Again feels like it has a rash around it

Dude you are SICK and don't mean in a physical way. You have asked this question at LEAST 100 times in the past 2 weeks under different names.
You need to go to a Dr of the mental kind. IF you are this obsessed with this you are SICK and need mental help to stop freaking out.

You know it sounds to me like you have some sort of yeast infection going on that may have started in the penis, even protected you can get those because it can be spread by touching. Have you talked to the girl since? Yeast infections go to warm moist places so I wouldn't be surprized if you had one in the throat, and they can make glands swell as well, the white coating on your tongue is a major symptom of yeast, in the mouth they call it thrush. You probably need to tell the dr about all of it, he can do a culture and then put you on meds to eliminate all of it, usually something like diflucan, mycelex troches, or clotrimazole troches are prescribed, they have mouth rinses too that you swish and swallow.
I wouldn't worry so much about it, it's fairly common, people get yeast problems from any number of reasons, oxygen can give them in the mouth, certain medications like antibiotics cause them too, just be sure to tell your doctor so he can check and get you back on track.
