By best do you mean healthy? If so, then, something with fish or shrimp, avocado, tomatoes. Mmmm.
If you mean best tasting, well, then the list is endless....
my favorite meal is a mixed plate with a taco, a fajita, enchaladas, rice and beans. A lttle of everything...Yum-o.

Oh this is hard! I love Mexican food. I usually try to order a tostada with whatever I get, so that may be close to first, maybe a good tamale is first, but nothing seems good without a great salsa, not really food but definitely a staple if you ask me...and you did!

True Mexican food is cooked directly in the home of someone who came from Mexico in my opinion. I once that this stewed chicken and rice with corn and refried beans on the side. It was out of this world. What i wouldn't do for that food again! I love mexican food its the bomb!

Pozole, had some today as a matter of fact. But my all time favorites are chicken enchiladas and chili rellenos.

I would have to say it all. I love enchiladas, burritos, tacos, chimichangas, tostadas, and I have a huge weakness for homemade salsa and guacamole!
