I'm disappointed to read some the answers given here! Yes, you can, but not directly from the anal sex. It is the proximity of the vagina to the anus that makes it a possible, albeit unlikely chance that you would get pregnant from anal sex. But here's the "chance". If you have unprotected anal sex, i.e. no rubber, when your partner pulls his penis out, and he has ejaculated inside you, he will pull out part of his semen with him. Where this semen goes next is the issue. If he continues to snuggle with you and rub his semi-erect penis against your bottom, some semen can end up outside your vagina, or depending on how he rubs on you, inside your vagina opening. Sperm are incredibly viable little creatures. Many young teens have gotten pregnant from letting their boyfriends ejaculate in or around the opening of the vagina. If you are letting your partner pull out and ejaculate around your anus and vagina, and then he stimulates you with his finger, or you stimulate yourself, you may be PUSHING semen inside you.
You should ALWAYS have your partner wear a rubber-it protects you against HIV and everything else.

if you have to ask then maybe you should not be having sex, do some research, yo can get an STD from unprotected anal sex. Be Safe

There is a slight possibilty of it because if some semen slips out of the penis and ends up in the vagina then you could become pregnant. but otherwise there is no risk of pregnancy
