Help! I'm trying to run a shareware program called Atari800Win...?

I understand it's the best Atari emulator out there? I've downloaded lots of BIN files, have tried to autoboot image, no luck at all; "...a ROM load error..." Please help, anyone with familiarity w/this subject! I simply MUST be able to play 400/800/XL/XE/5200 Missile Command again!!!!

Are there any other programs that run .BIN files...? Anyone? Anyone? Hello?
