It depends on who is going to eat that lunch. I am a connoiseur of what I shall call the "Blue Collar Lunch", since I am the one who fixes it on weeknights for my plumber man. First start with the mainstay- what the lunch will revolve around, The Sandwich. And that can be best made for my guy with 2 pieces of white bread, (but you must know, I can't go that way. Everything else but that; so whole wheat it is then), filled with good fat provoking meats like salami and lots of it, with a good slice of real cheese on top, then lettuce to make it look healthy. O.k. Get some Chips. Can't have a sandwhich without salty chips and maybe some can go inside the sandwich. Got to wash it all down with Soda, any kind but diet. So, that leaves 2 things left-piece of cake, literally, or 5 big fat cookies with things like nuts and chocolate chips in them. So, you think the last thing might be a napkin? Hah! That's why blue-collars wear jeans. Nope. Gotta have 1 can of Beer for after work. If he needs more, let him buy it. Now I'm hungry. Thanks for the question.
