I had octopus once in kind of a creamy soup base. It was so chewy that I was owrn out by the time I got halfway through it. Didn't taste bad, but too much trouble. I also eat amaradillo which really tastes good - it is a white meat like pork. I won't kill one to eat it, but if I accidentally hit one with my car, I might be tempted to take it home to roast. Not much on them - depends if you're really hungry enough to bother. I'm usually not.

Chunky peanut butter with grape jelly on white bread. The bread was tasteless, the peanut butter was too salty, and the jelly too sweet. Much rather have had pear slices on dark wheat toast.
Oh yes. Meat loaf made with ketchup, with ketchup baked on the top in a red strip. Nasty.

Spotted dick, in Ireland.
I thought it was chocolate salami. But it's like a blood pudding.

My Granddad had my father and brother over for rabbit one time. It tasted kind of funny and my dad asked him, "Pa, what kind of rabbit is this anyway?"
His answer, "Tree Rabbit!" Meaning raccoon!
He thought it was funny. Grandpa was funny that way, God rest him.
