You could, but they are best eaten fresh. Yet if you have to freeze them, I would put them in a freezer safe dish which can be transferred to the microwave then wrap it with a plastic wrap of the best quality and insert it into a freezer safe baggie. This will keep it safe from freezer burn, and make it easier to thaw it, then put it in the microwave to defrost. I wouldn't then totally heat them in microwave, but rather, just defrost them, then place then into a warm oven to finish heating through.
