dog has open sore by his genital area, what could that be from?

you think maybe allergies, i really dont know, and can i use calomine lotion for right there? thank you

possibly flea bite and he bite himself trying top scratch. put a cone on him so it will heal and ask the vet about the calamine. i would use some antibiodic cream. poor baby

Sounds like you need to see a vet, could turn into an infection and cost you more $$ in the long run, and then dog more pain!
