I actully put the spagetti sauce over it and they loved it... if he has a sweet tooth brown sugar/butter/chopped nuts mixed together and sprinkled on top.

I like and my children also enjoyed spaghetti sq. with alittle salt, butter, and honey. Easy on the salt, if you brown the squash a bit in the oven, this also highlight the taste when combined with the other three ingredients.

Spaghetti Squash is soo good very little needs to be added to it.
Some people like a little brown sugar w/ butter. I prefer only fresh ground black pepper.

Not to sound like a smart*** but have you considered using it instead of spaghetti noodles? That's how I got my kids to start eating squash!
Or are you asking for 'weird' ideas like using it in soups instead of noodles?
