Tendinitis is not a dish of ethnic or any other kind of food...
It's a health problem...
Inflamation of the tendons anywhere in the human body. One of the most common is "tennis elbow" which is common to tennis players and is an inflamation of the tendons that lead to and from the elbow. But you can have tendinitis anywhere in your body. I had a rather bad tendinitis in my hand from the thumb to the wrist, couldn't even hold a frying pan for over a year! It took a therapist nearly 4 months to work it out with very painful sessions of massage.

Very funny, you must be kidding. Tendinitis is a disease of the tendons and very painful. It is caused by continuous us, for instance
typing. I was surprised to find your question under the category of ethnic cuisines.
