One stipulation is has to be in the spirit of the festival using things like Pumkins, Squash and all the other goodies which are associated with the holiday.

I'd casserole a human head for a start - All the goodness really comes out into the stew.
A great finger buffet idea should include real fingers - Deep fat fried in breadcrumbs.
The pumpkin idea is a bit stale now, I'd add a few live worms, and a dead rat for good measure. Also the boiled blood of a stray dog is a great drink to wash all the delicacy's down the throat...

How about stuffed acorn squash filled with rice or quinoa and chopped veggies? There are many variations online.

Start it with pumpkin soup...

Dont know about a main course..

If it was me (and it depends how posh your meal is!) i'd end it with eccles cakes... (why? Cos i was brought up knowing them as 'Flies' Graveyards! lol. You could always add orange or green food colouring to the cream to go with them!!)

Another way to have the pumpkin is to roast it and have pumpkin risotto. Super yummy and not as boring as soup.
