Well, I suppose bread is somewhat starchy, but if you use wheat bread that's certainly betterm in which case I'd recommend peanut butter and jelly.
I wen tot Europe with a vegan and that's about all he ate.
I'd also suggest grilling it up in a frying pan, no butter of course.

Have a baked potato with broccoli and sour cream, or melted cheddar cheese. You can cook a potato in the microwave for about 10 minutes and its done.

First of all you shouldn't be on-line saying your home alone. and then second for dinner eight er make your self a veggie sub or veggie casserole with a side you enjoy. Good luck

a microwave cheese quesadilla.... sprinkle shredded colby-jack cheese on a tortilla, microwave it for 30 seconds- slap a spoonful of salsa on it, roll it up- boom......dinner is done!!

4 slices of BEAUTIFUL SMILES
2tbsp HAPPINESS oil
method..
stuff the mashed PASSION into slices of BEATIFUL SMILES, n fry the rolls in HAPPINESS...
serve with LOVE sauce...
no starch, no fat, only wonderful satisfaction!
