I elected not to go for surgery! Just to use a CPAP device! Some people end up having to use the device after surgery anyway! Now my apnea was not just the blockage but it had to do with central nervous system signals not getting to the lungs! It would not of been totally cured by surgery anyway!

Have you considered or was a air device even suggested! Or was surgery your only choice? If you can ask about the alternative of a CPAP device you will get used to it in 2 to 3 weeks and not even notice it in about 6 or so!

Since using mine I without effort have lost 75 pounds I needed to loose weight and gotten a completely positive outlook on life! Now this is even though we lost everything due to hurricane Katrina! I am kinda a nut about this because I actually DIED during a simple operation while under anesthesia due to sleep apnea! I just stopped breathing! Anyway I went to one of those sleep labs and that is why I am such a pusher of the CPAP thing!\\\

It literally has made me feel much younger!

The breathing of the air throught my nose during the night eliminates my PND completly during the night as the air comes in through the nose!

Good Sleeping!

Have you gone to a sleep Lab ?

Yes, i've had both done about a month ago. although i didn't have apnea, I did have PND and throat problems. I also had problems w/ breathing through my nose. I feel as if i can breathe much better now, the PND is better, as is my throat. I must tell you though, there is alot of pain for the first 24 hrs. after the oper. if they use( packing ) inside the nostrils. Ask your Dr. beforehand!Once the packing is removed the following day you'll feel about 80% better. Good Luck!

Im doing this on your person income, so forgive me in develop: between the worst issues absolutely everyone ought to probable do, is google their indications. You flow into it with a thoroughly biased attitude. you're searching for for issues, no longer suggestions. in case you actual might desire to (and you dont) google them, then you definately might desire to do here: locate the main consumer-friendly reason for a symptom you have. Use it as a typical instruction manual to be certain a doctor. some years back, i assumed i began out to have heart assaults. ultimately, I went to the well-being care expert; it became a mitral valve prolapse, a minor heart condition that would not worsen or reason long term harm or shorten life span. My chest became hurting using fact i became so disillusioned over the thoughts that i became consistently, subconsciously straining that area of my physique, using fact the prolapse indications (clicking) disturbed me lots.
