I haven't ever been to a Cuban restaurant, but I hear the food at the places are really great! I hope you have some luck with finding a great answer! ^_^

My favorite Cuban restaurant is a place called Chico's its a nice little 24Hr. Cuban spot that offer excellent food. This was the restaurant of choice for the late Celia Cruz R.I.P, its inexpensive(really inexpensive) but the quality of food and service is great!!!!
Sorry there isn't an on-line Menu,the restaurant is located in Miami,FL.

Versailles Restaurants (several locations throughout Southern California including a new one at the CityWalk in Universal Studios) is a good, inexpensive choice locally for Cuban food.

The Cuban restaurant asociated with Gloria Estefan - Bongo's Cuban Cafe is pretty good. They have one in Miami, FL and one in Orlando, FL (at Disney World at "Downtown Disney - West Side). I enjoyed my dinner there.

Victor's Cafe in Manhattan. Its been there since the 1950s and its still great - very authentic.
No online menu, but they will fax the menu to you.
