the girl above me is totally wrong! when u get someone pregnant and u have a disease they will perform test to make sure she didnt get it and when the baby is born is when u know if u passed it to the baby but i highly doubt it usually if the mother is infected with a disease and has the baby natural then theres a chance it can spread to the baby through the birth canal..sometimes doctors will advise the mom to have a c section if they see any activity of a break out...

Why would you want him to? If he has an STD your baby will get it..
