If you have a virual cold he can catch it from you and vice versa. however just because you kiss one another or perform oral sex on eachother does not mean you will catch the virus the other person has. As a matter a fact the person standing in front of you at the grocery store can catch your virus just as well as your bf could

If gonorrhoea or chlamydia is present then yes. Other wise there would be little or no risk of passing anything on. If either of you has syphillis then you must have ignored the rash that appears around 6-8 weeks after contracting it.
All are treatable but the sooner the better to prevent future complications.

You can give and receive many virus and bacteria related infections through oral sex.
You are probably at more risk, due to the fact that you have a warm, moist area that is ripe for growing all sorts of bacteria.
