Currently I went to the doctor after about 4 days finding out I have gonorrhea. I was given 2 types of meds(5 pills all together). I took them at one time. My sypmtoms are gone and its been 48 hours. gonorrhea effected my rectul area. How can I pass it to someone or give it to someone? Would precum be spreading it? I thought it had to have direct contact in order to spread.

After being treated for gonorrhea, you MUST abstain from sexual contact for SEVEN DAYS. Otherwise, you can become reinfected or continue transmitting the infection to others.

If you have gonorrhea in your rectum, that's where the bacteria colonized and it shouldn't be coming from other places (unless you picked up gonorrhea on multiple occasions, which is actually often the case).

Where did your doctor test for the gonorrhea? Many docs use a swab test and/or urine testing to find it. If gonorrhea was found in the urine, then YES, it would be coming out of the penis with discharges, precum and semen. If the gonorrhea was only found with a rectal swab and not from a urine test, then it's only going to come out of anorectal discharge (one of gonorrhea's major symptoms is pus discharge).
