It sounds like epilepsy to me too but it doesn't seem like a typical espisode with the seizures and all. He needs to see a doctor and find out what is causing this. Did he have any type of traumatic injury to his head lately? When did this start? Usually a head injury or something else happening in the brain (maybe even a brain tumor) could be causing this. Get to the doc prompto and get a CT scan or MRI and find out what is going on.

This sounds more like a seizure than passing out. He really should go to the doctor. It could be something as simple as epilepsy, which can be controlled by medication or something as serious as a brain tumor.

Sounds like he might have a seizure disorder or epilepsie. He really needs to see his doctor for meds because you never can control when he will have an episode. Their might be some long term effects if he lets this continue as well.

It really IS a big deal. No one should pass out. Sounds like a heart condition to me. Possible a heart defect that he has had his whole life. If you know his parents---please tell them about this. Even though he's an adult--he's probably scared to find out what it is. But I'm sure whatever it is....it can be treated.

Epilepsy, he most certainly shouldn't be driving. And he most certainly should see a doctor. There are inexpensive medications that can control this problem.
