There is no cure for diabetes still. Controlling your food, exercising etc., will control your blood sugar. For type 1 medication is must.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There is no cure, per se. However, if it's type 2, you can control it through diet and exercise along with a few supplements. I used to post the links to sites that can help you, but some jerk keeps turning me in for a spam and advertisement violation. And then some idiot at Y.A. enforces it. So I no longer post them. You could probably find the links if you go back into my old answers. If you want to research it yourself, search "diabetes improvement Quillin".

Since diabetes can be life threatening, you may have to take insulin if your blood sugar levels are too far out of balance. To improve your levels, watch your diet closely, and exercise a lot. Cardiovascular exercise will help you reduce the need for insulin, and if you're not too far out of balance, you may be able to control your diabetes with exercise. Since you'll need a lot of cardio every day, if you can afford it, consider buying a treadmill or elliptical trainer. That way, you'll have a good way to exercise at home, and you won't be discouraged from exercising by bad weather, etc. You need to be monitored by a physician, though.

Meditation - Keep a very cool mind don't get exited for anything. I mean happiness or sorrow. Take anything simply. Don't think that you have diabities. In the mean time you can have walks every day for about half an hour. Dont sweat so much. Walk can be little faster than normal walk.

Best of luck
