Arizona Blueberry Green Tea, tastes like blueberry juice, no carbs.
Lipton Peach Instant Iced Tea
Snapple Diet Peach Iced Tea
Homemade Iced Tea with lots of lemon or lime in it and some Splenda.
Fresca is fantastically refreshing.
Diet Root Beer is great for a change.
Smartwater Watermelon or Strawberry Banana flavor. This is unsweetened but tastes fantastic.
Hawaiian Punch makes a sugar free version now, it tastes great and solves the juice craving.
There are sweet flavored carbonated fruit waters made by a variety of companies, many of which are carb free. I don't like them, but plenty of folks find them really refreshing.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Arizona diet peach tea! It's delicious! The diet green tea is acceptable but not as good.
I actually hate diet Coke. It leaves a funny aftertaste as far as I'm concerned. However Jones sodas are better, especially the black cherry. Love diet Root Beer, too, especially A&W diet Root Beer.

Your best bet is to look in a health food store. Most have a diabetic section. Stay away from diet pop as it has aspertame which will have some nasty side effects...so does crystal lite (it builds up in the muscle tissue giving you symptoms that mimick fibro myalgia, MS and lupus...just to name a few)! There are drinks out there that are sweetened with xylitol, brown rice syrup, blue agave, stevia, etc. These are the ones to go with. My hubby is a type one, so I'm pretty used to this problem. Good luck - they are out there!

I've just discovered Schweppes Lemonade Light - very nice. IMHO much nicer than say Diet Sprite. Woolies and Coles stock it now, too.
Herbal teas are great and there is an enormous variety - I'm just trying out Licorice flavour! I sweeten them with Sugarine (saccharine) which is cheaper and stronger than say Equal or Canderel. Also tastes better to me.

I just discovered the diet V-8 Splash fruit drinks. They have a few carbs per serving, like 3 I think, but they're much better than juice would be and I think taste pretty good.

I hate diet sodas so soda went out the window the day I was diagnoised. Now we live on Crystal Light, iced tea, hot tea (sooo many varieties to choose from) and coffee.

Use a vegetable bean dip for example hummus instead of ranch dressing or even a fatty cream-based dip.
