This is my Mother's recipe....sorry no mustard or worchestershire sauce. I suppose you could add it to this?

HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD:

3 lbs. potatoes
1 lb. bacon (reserve bacon fat)
1 onion - diced
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and cool. When cool, cut into cubes and set aside.

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until browned and crisp and transfer with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. Crumble or chop bacon, set aside.

Pour off all but 3 tablespoons fat from skillet and sauté onion over moderately high heat, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add flour, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water and simmer 2 minutes. (sauce will be thick)

Add bacon and potatoes to skillet and stir until coated. Cook until heated. Serve warm.

This one doesn't have worchestershire sauce, but hey, you can just add it to taste.
