I went to see a Dr. today. My thyroid is a little whack but said that my white blood cell count was 18,000. What would that indicate? He wouldnt speculate until further test are performed.

Hi Friend...

From UR words, 1thing is clear, U have 2 care UR circulatory system.. UR BP is slightly elevated.. not a matter to worry, but if UR Pulse rate's 141/min in normal condition,it have 2 be take seriously.. Check out UR cholesterol levels.. I think U R having tachicardia.. That can be of many causes may be not related to heart problems... Consult a cardiologist soon..

Because U need 2 maintain UR 'Good Heart'..

there could be serious problems with the heart rate that high. It can be a problem with your thyroid, the heart's pacemaker system and a bunch of other things. See a doctor soon just to rule out the bad stuff.

I agree you need to be seen, evaluated and treated appropriately, see a doctor asap, ie this afternoon or first thing in the morning, elevated heart rate to this extent for long periods can be harmful, good luck

Are you taking any diet pills, ephedra or other stimulants? If so, quit immediately. If not see a Dr ASAP as that high of a pulse rate means your are in grave danger of a stroke or heart attack.

the HEart rate is way higher than normal, the BP isn't too bad, definetly see a Dr soon
