Can you use the bone for stock, or something??? Still some nice meat on there!!!

Yes you can. If you are not going to use it now, put it in the freezer until you are ready to make it.

Yummy! Did you eat all the crunchy skin?

I would use it to make a stock just simmer the heck out of it along with onion, carrots, celery. strain it real well and you and you can use it to make sauces, gravies.
