Coreg is the newest and best to my knowledge. Spironolactone and diovan have been around for a long time, the three together have done wonders for my ticker!!!

There are many books related to this subject. I have chf and take coQ10, fish oil, vitamin c, and garlic. I don't know if any of these help but I went from needing a transplant with less than 10% ejection fraction several years ago, to where I walk 5 miles per day now and am able to live a pretty normal life. Anything you plan on taking, please talk to your cardiologist first. You don't want to conflict with any of your current medications. Oh, throw the salt shaker away !!Good Luck
